He has worked in policy advisory roles for regional governments and enterprises and founded Naubrin Healthcare, a medical device e‑commerce platform operating in Kenya, Uganda, and Rwanda.
Co‑Founder, CPO
Andrei led product and design at Konvi, growing the platform to over 70,000 users through the pre‑seed stage, and previously worked with Medwing on bringing international doctors to Germany. He has 10+ years of experience taking products from 0 to 1 with brands such as BMW, Opel, and Mastercard, and for the last four years has been running his own product and design agency as a founder.
Co-Founder & Chief of Medical Innovation
Sarah is a physician and researcher with a strong background in medical practice and innovation. Trained as a laboratory technician and a graduate of Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin, she has contributed to major research projects such as NAPKON and brings hands‑on experience in telemedicine implementation from her work on Charité’s telemedicine rollout.
CFO
Salim is an executive leader with experience driving financial, operational, and strategic transformation in high‑growth organizations. He has held senior roles in healthcare, insurance, and professional services, and holds an MBA from Strathmore University and a BA from Oxford Brookes University (UK), bringing a strong blend of strategic vision and execution to growth and market positioning.
CTO
Aurimas Gaidys is a seasoned full‑stack engineer with 15+ years of experience building high‑performance products across European and Cypriot startups. He has founded and co‑founded multiple companies and served as CTO, combining deep expertise in Typescript, React, and Node.js with hands‑on technical leadership and team building.
